Artist
Zebra is an American hard-rock trio formed in New Orleans in 1975 by Randy Jackson, Felix Hanemann and Guy Gelso. The band’s progressive-rock edge and Jackson’s high-register vocals shaped its self-titled debut, which includes “Tell Me What You Want” and “Who’s Behind the Door?” After relocating to Long Island in 1977, Zebra developed its audience through years of club performances before signing with Atlantic Records. The original trio later moved into larger US venues and opened concerts for Journey, ZZ Top and Cheap Trick.
