Ben Lukas Boysen is a German composer and electronic producer who has also recorded as Hecq. His work moves through ambient music, detailed electronics and modern classical composition; the albums Gravity, Spells and Mirage are central releases under his own name.

At Funkhaus Berlin, Ben Lukas Boysen performed as part of Erased Tapes’ tenth-anniversary programme. The label’s fifteenth-anniversary celebration later brought his concert work to the Barbican in London.
