Blanco White is the recording project of British singer-songwriter and guitarist Josh Edwards, launched in 2014. His indie folk draws on Andalusian guitar and the Andean charango, instruments he studied in Spain and Bolivia. The albums On the Other Side and Tarifa, along with songs including “Olalla” and “Colder Heavens,” established the project’s repertoire. Blanco White has toured the United Kingdom, continental Europe and North America as a full-band act, performing in clubs and theatres. His London headline history includes Union Chapel.
