Brutus in Prague

Brutus are a Belgian rock trio formed in Leuven in 2013, playing post-hardcore and post-rock shaped by heavy riffs and atmospheric passages. The albums Burst, Nest and Unison Life established their sound, while “All Along,” “War” and “Liar” became key songs in their catalogue. Brutus played Roadburn Festival in 2017 while touring Burst. A performance from the Nest period was released as the concert album Live in Ghent in 2020, and concerts behind Unison Life included North American dates and an appearance at ArcTanGent. The stage lineup is the same core trio heard on the records: Stefanie Mannaerts sings lead while playing drums, Stijn Vanhoegaerden plays guitar, and Peter Mulders plays bass.
