About Bush Tetras
Bush Tetras are an American band formed in New York City in 1979. They play angular post-punk shaped by funk rhythms and the city’s no wave scene, and are best known for the songs “Too Many Creeps” and “Things That Go Boom in the Night.”
In the early 1980s, Bush Tetras played downtown New York clubs including the Mudd Club and CBGB. When the group re-formed in the 1990s and again in 2005, Pat Place and Cynthia Sley returned to performing together.
