About Live Skull
Live Skull is an American noise-rock band formed in New York City in 1982. Emerging from the city’s no wave and post-punk underground, the group became known for abrasive, interlocking guitars and albums including Bringing Home the Bait, Cloud One, Dusted and Positraction. Thalia Zedek sang with the band during its later original period.
The live album Don’t Get Any on You documented an original-era performance at CBGB. Live Skull also toured Europe before disbanding in 1990; after re-forming in 2016, the group returned to club stages in the United States.
