Carl Barron is an Australian stand-up comedian, born in Longreach, Queensland, in 1964. He is known for deadpan observations about everyday conversations, social awkwardness and family life, often using pauses and facial expressions as part of the joke. He also co-wrote and starred in the comedy film Manny Lewis.

The recorded stand-up show Carl Barron LIVE! was followed by Whatever Comes Next, Walking Down the Street, A One Ended Stick and Drinking with a Fork, documenting successive theatre performances. His live career has also included appearances at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
