Chris Pureka is an American folk singer-songwriter and guitarist known for intimate acoustic writing and a low, measured vocal delivery. Her catalogue includes the albums Driving North, Dryland, How I Learned to See in the Dark and Back in the Ring, as well as songs such as “31 and Falling” and “Wrecking Ball.”

Chris Pureka has performed repeatedly at Club Passim in Cambridge and the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton, venues closely associated with the New England singer-songwriter circuit. Her touring has also taken her to listening rooms farther across the United States, including The Ark in Ann Arbor.
