Eva Ayllón is a Peruvian singer, born in Lima in 1956, known for música criolla and Afro-Peruvian styles including vals criollo, landó and festejo. Her signature repertoire includes “Mal Paso,” “Ritmo, color y sabor” and “Ingá.” In the 1970s, she sang in peñas criollas and performed with Los Kipus before establishing her solo career. Her international concert history includes appearances at Carnegie Hall in New York and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
