Gwenifer Raymond is a Welsh guitarist and composer from Cardiff who writes instrumental folk music for acoustic guitar and banjo. Her intricate fingerstyle playing draws on the American primitive guitar tradition associated with John Fahey and Robbie Basho; her principal albums include You Never Were Much of a Dancer and Strange Lights Over Garth Mountain.
