About Jr Jr
Jr Jr is an American indie-pop duo formed in Detroit in 2009 by Joshua Epstein and Daniel Zott. Initially known as Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., the pair released the albums It’s a Corporate World and The Speed of Things before adopting the Jr Jr name in 2015. Their best-known songs include “Gone,” “Simple Girl” and “If You Didn’t See Me (Then You Weren’t on the Dancefloor).”
Jr Jr toured behind its first two albums under the Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. name, playing clubs and major festivals before the name change. Those appearances included Lollapalooza in Chicago and Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin.
