Judith Hill in Kaiserslautern

Judith Hill is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Los Angeles who plays soul, R&B, funk and rock. She appeared in the documentary 20 Feet from Stardom and competed on The Voice. Prince co-produced her debut album, Back in Time; her later records include Baby, I’m Hollywood! and Letters from a Black Widow. In 2009, Hill rehearsed as Michael Jackson’s duet partner on “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You” for the planned This Is It residency at The O2 in London, and those rehearsals were preserved in the concert film. She later toured internationally at the head of her own band, singing and playing guitar and keyboards, and performed at Montreux Jazz Festival and North Sea Jazz Festival.
