Kacy & Clayton in Manchester

Kacy & Clayton are a Canadian folk and country duo formed by cousins Kacy Anderson and Clayton Linthicum, who grew up near Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan. Their music draws on British folk ballads and North American country, heard on albums including The Siren’s Song and Carrying On, both produced by Jeff Tweedy. They also recorded Plastic Bouquet with New Zealand singer Marlon Williams. In 2017, Kacy & Clayton supported Wilco on North American dates following the release of The Siren’s Song. They also performed at Newport Folk Festival and Pickathon, adding festival stages to their club and theatre work. Their core concert setup centers on Kacy Anderson’s singing and rhythm guitar, Clayton Linthicum’s lead guitar, and the pair’s vocal harmonies.
