Artist
Kinga Glyk is a Polish electric bassist and composer, born in Rydułtowy in 1997. She plays jazz-funk and fusion, and became widely known through her bass arrangement of Eric Clapton’s “Tears in Heaven.” Her recordings include the albums Dream and Feelings. As a teenager, Kinga Glyk performed in the family jazz group Głyk P.I.K Trio. In 2017, she brought her own band to Leverkusener Jazztage, where her set was filmed and broadcast by Rockpalast.
