About Manuel Agnelli

Manuel Agnelli is an Italian rock singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, born in Milan in 1966. He is best known as the founder, singer and guitarist of Afterhours, whose catalogue includes the albums Hai paura del buio?, Quello che non c’è and Ballate per piccole iene. His first solo studio album, Ama il prossimo tuo come te stesso, followed in 2022.

Afterhours performed “Il paese è reale” at the Sanremo Music Festival in 2009. In 2018, Manuel Agnelli led the group’s 30th-anniversary concert at Mediolanum Forum in Assago, then took his solo material on an Italian tour in 2022. Those concerts used a rock-band format featuring violinist Rodrigo D’Erasmo.
