Mark Chadwick in Staffordshire

Mark Chadwick is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist, best known as the co-founder and frontman of Brighton folk-rock band Levellers. His voice and songwriting are closely associated with songs including “One Way,” “Fifteen Years” and “What a Beautiful Day”; his solo work includes the albums All the Pieces and Moment. In 1994, Mark Chadwick fronted Levellers on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage for a concert that became a central part of the band’s live history. Following All the Pieces, he toured his solo material through intimate UK clubs and theatres, accompanying his voice with acoustic guitar and drawing on the Levellers catalogue. He has also performed repeatedly with the band at Beautiful Days, the festival Levellers established at Escot Park in Devon.
