Mighty Poplar Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Mighty Poplar is an American acoustic quintet featuring banjo player Noam Pikelny, guitarist Chris Eldridge, mandolinist Andrew Marlin, fiddler Alex Hargreaves and bassist Greg Garrison. The group plays bluegrass, old-time tunes and folk songs; its self-titled 2023 debut includes “A Distant Land to Roam,” “Grey Eagle” and interpretations of songs by Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen.

In 2023, Mighty Poplar performed an NPR Tiny Desk concert built around the close interplay of its five-piece acoustic lineup. Later that summer, the group took the same repertoire to the Newport Folk Festival.
