About Nick Harper
Nick Harper is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in London in 1965 and the son of folk musician Roy Harper. He plays folk rock shaped by intricate acoustic guitar work and is known for solo albums including Seed, Smithereens and Harperspace.
During the mid-1990s, Nick Harper played guitar with Squeeze and appeared on their album Ridiculous. He later toured his own catalogue in a solo format centred on voice and acoustic guitar, bringing those shows to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Glastonbury Festival.
