About Parokya Ni Edgar
Parokya Ni Edgar is a Filipino rock band formed by school friends in 1993. Its catalogue spans alternative rock, comic songs and acoustic ballads, and the group is known for “Buloy,” “Harana,” “Gitara” and the rap collaboration “Bagsakan,” recorded with Francis M and Gloc-9.
The live-recorded Inuman Sessions series documented the group in its full-band concert format. In 2013, Parokya Ni Edgar marked its 20th anniversary with a concert at Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, fronted by vocalist Chito Miranda.
