Paul Weller is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Woking in 1958. He first became known as the frontman of The Jam, whose songs included “Going Underground” and “Town Called Malice,” then formed The Style Council with Mick Talbot. His solo catalogue includes the albums Wild Wood and Stanley Road, and songs such as “The Changingman” and “You Do Something to Me.”

The 2001 Days of Speed tour presented Weller solo and acoustic, and recordings from the European concerts became a live album. In 2010, he played five consecutive nights at the Royal Albert Hall. Two orchestral concerts in 2018 drew on material from every phase of his career and were documented on Other Aspects, Live at the Royal Festival Hall.
