About Shanice
Shanice is an American R&B and pop singer born in Pittsburgh in 1973. She is best known for “I Love Your Smile,” released on the album Inner Child, and also recorded “Silent Prayer,” “Saving Forever for You” and the Jon Secada duet “If I Never Knew You” for Disney’s Pocahontas.
Shanice opened for New Kids on the Block on the Hangin’ Tough Tour, bringing her early solo material to arena audiences. In 1997, she joined the Broadway production of Les Misérables as Éponine at the Imperial Theatre.
