The Adicts in Garden Grove

The Adicts are a British punk rock band formed in Ipswich in 1975. Their early albums Songs of Praise and Sound of Music established songs including “Viva La Revolution,” “Joker in the Pack” and “Chinese Takeaway,” while their matching white costumes drew on A Clockwork Orange. During the 1980s, The Adicts took their live show to the United States. Their later festival history includes Rebellion Festival in Blackpool and Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas. The group performs as a full electric band in its familiar white costumes. Confetti and playing cards are recurring elements around frontman Monkey.
