About The Opposites
The Opposites are a Dutch hip-hop duo formed in 2004 by rappers Willem de Bruin and Twan van Steenhoven, also known as Willy and Big2. Their catalogue includes the albums De Fik Erin and Slapeloze Nachten, and songs such as “Slaap,” “Broodje Bakpao” and “Sukkel voor de liefde.”
After ending their initial run in 2014, The Opposites reunited for a surprise performance at Lowlands in 2019. The return led to arena concerts at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome in 2022 and an appearance at Pinkpop that same year.
