The Tear Garden in Chicago

The Tear Garden is a British-Canadian experimental electronic project formed in 1985 by Edward Ka-Spel of The Legendary Pink Dots and cEvin Key of Skinny Puppy. Its music encompasses psychedelia, industrial electronics and experimental rock. Central releases include Tired Eyes Slowly Burning, The Last Man to Fly, To Be an Angel Blind, the Crippled Soul Divide and The Brown Acid Caveat. In 2017, The Tear Garden undertook its first concert tour, bringing a collaboration long centered on studio recordings to North American stages. A full ensemble performed material from The Brown Acid Caveat and earlier records, led by the vocals of Edward Ka-Spel and the electronics and percussion of cEvin Key.
