Yin Yin in Shibuya City

Yin Yin is a Dutch psychedelic-funk band formed in Maastricht in 2017. Its music draws on Southeast Asian pop, surf guitar, disco and electronic rhythms. The band became known through tracks such as “Dis kô Dis kô” and “One Inch Punch,” followed by the albums The Rabbit That Hunts Tigers, The Age of Aquarius and Mount Matsu. In 2019, Yin Yin performed at Trans Musicales in Rennes, where KEXP recorded a full live session. Subsequent touring took the group through European clubs and onto festival stages including Lowlands and Glastonbury.
