Abel Selaocoe Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Abel Selaocoe is a South African cellist, composer and vocalist born in Sebokeng in 1992. His music brings classical cello repertoire into contact with South African songs, improvisation, throat singing and body percussion. His debut album, Where Is Home (Hae Ke Kae), includes original compositions alongside interpretations of music by composers including Giovanni Benedetto Platti and Johann Sebastian Bach.

Manchester Collective presented Sirocco with Abel Selaocoe in theatres and concert halls, shaping the programme around cello-led ensemble music, South African song and improvisation; performances included London’s Southbank Centre. He has also performed his own music at the BBC Proms in the Royal Albert Hall.
