Annie Mac in Newcastle upon Tyne

Annie Mac is an Irish DJ and broadcaster, born in Dublin in 1978, whose sets range across house, techno and other forms of dance music. She is best known for presenting dance-music programmes on BBC Radio 1 and for the Annie Mac Presents compilation and events series. In 2015, she launched AMP Lost & Found in Malta, where she curated the programme and performed as a DJ. She followed her departure from Radio 1 in 2021 by creating Before Midnight, an early-evening club series designed to finish at midnight. She plays extensively across the United Kingdom and returns for dates in Ireland and Ibiza.
