About Bonfire
Bonfire is a German hard-rock band founded by guitarist Hans Ziller in Ingolstadt in 1972 under the name Cacumen; it became Bonfire in 1986. The band is known for melodic hard rock on albums including Don’t Touch the Light, Fireworks and Point Blank, and for songs such as “You Make Me Feel,” “Sweet Obsession” and “Ready 4 Reaction.”
In 1988, Bonfire toured Europe supporting Judas Priest on the Ram It Down tour, presenting the Fireworks material in arenas. Later releases documented two sides of the band’s stage work: the electric concert album Live... The Best and the dedicated acoustic performance One Acoustic Night.
