About Greg Proops
Greg Proops is an American comedian, improviser and actor, born in 1959 and best known as a recurring performer on the British and American versions of Whose Line Is It Anyway? His other work includes the live podcast The Smartest Man in the World and the voice of Fode in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.
The touring improv production Whose Live Anyway? featured him alongside Ryan Stiles, Jeff B. Davis and Joel Murray, building each performance around audience suggestions. His stand-up appearances included the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Just for Laughs in Montreal; he also recorded The Smartest Man in the World before live audiences at venues including Bar Lubitsch in Hollywood.
