About Troll Bends Fir
Troll Bends Fir is a Russian folk-metal and folk-rock band formed in Saint Petersburg in 1999. The group calls its style “beer folk,” pairing heavy guitars and folk melodies with drinking-song themes. Its best-known songs include “Пиво, пиво, пиво!” and “Хмельной тролль.”
The group played club concerts in Moscow during its Russian tours and brought the same repertoire to outdoor festivals. Its festival appearances included Nashestvie and Folk Summer Fest.
