About Tycho
Tycho is the American electronic music project led by producer, composer and visual artist Scott Hansen, who began the project in San Francisco. Its downtempo sound is built around synthesizers, guitar and steady electronic rhythms. Tycho is known for the albums Dive, Awake, Epoch and Weather, as well as tracks including “A Walk” and “Awake.”
The Awake Tour brought Tycho’s full-band format to theatres and festivals after the release of the 2014 album. Tycho performed at Coachella in 2017, then toured the vocal-led Weather material on the Weather World Tour in 2019, joined by singer Saint Sinner.
Tycho has also presented DJ sets, including a long-running series of sunrise performances at Burning Man.
His US concert history includes repeated dates in Los Angeles and performances at Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver.
