About Best Coast

Best Coast is an American indie-rock duo formed in Los Angeles in 2009 by singer, songwriter and guitarist Bethany Cosentino and multi-instrumentalist Bobb Bruno. Their garage-pop sound drew on surf rock and lo-fi production, led by songs including “Boyfriend,” “When I’m with You” and “The Only Place.” The duo’s albums include Crazy for You, The Only Place and California Nights.

The 2011 Summer Is Forever tour paired Best Coast with Wavves for a run of North American concerts, followed that year by an appearance at Coachella. In 2013, the duo supported Green Day on dates of the 99 Revolutions Tour.
