About Dear Nora
Dear Nora is an American indie-pop project formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1999 and led by singer-songwriter Katy Davidson. Its concise, lo-fi songs are built around jangling guitars and plainspoken lyrics; key releases include We'll Have a Time, Mountain Rock, Skulls Example and human futures.
Dear Nora toured the United States during its original run, which ended with a hiatus in 2008. After re-forming in 2017, the project returned to club stages with band sets spanning its early catalogue and later records, fronted by Katy Davidson.
