Emily D'Angelo is a Canadian mezzo-soprano, born in Toronto in 1994, who performs opera and contemporary classical vocal music. She is known for Mozart roles and new opera, while her 2021 solo album enargeia places music by Hildegard of Bingen beside works by Missy Mazzoli and Sarah Kirkland Snider.

In 2018, Emily D'Angelo made her Metropolitan Opera debut as the Second Lady in The Magic Flute. She subsequently joined the ensemble of the Vienna State Opera, then opened the New York company’s 2023 season as Sister Helen Prejean in Dead Man Walking. Later that year, she created the role of Jess in the world premiere of Jeanine Tesori’s Grounded at the Kennedy Center.
