Jeffrey Osborne & Will Downing in Oxon Hill-Glassmanor

Jeffrey Osborne is an American R&B and soul singer, songwriter and musician, born in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1948. He first became known as the drummer and lead singer of L.T.D., whose recordings included “Love Ballad” and “(Every Time I Turn Around) Back in Love Again.” His solo catalog includes “On the Wings of Love,” “Stay with Me Tonight” and “You Should Be Mine (The Woo Woo Song).” After leaving L.T.D. in 1980, he began performing as a solo headliner, carrying songs from the group into full-band sets centered on his own recordings. He has also appeared in the Men of Soul concert package with Peabo Bryson, Howard Hewett and Freddie Jackson.

Will Downing is an American singer from Brooklyn who performs quiet-storm R&B, soul and jazz. His self-titled debut arrived in 1988, and his catalog includes “A Love Supreme,” “A Million Ways” and “Nothing Has Ever Felt Like This,” a duet with Rachelle Ferrell. Will Downing has performed at Capital Jazz Fest in Columbia and the Hampton Jazz Festival in Virginia. He has also returned to the Birchmere in Alexandria for seated headline concerts. New York engagements have included City Winery, while Oakland appearances have taken him to Yoshi's.
